- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
- You must notify us immediately at support@devdelulu.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Devdelulu platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the service to collect data for spam, harassment, or unsolicited marketing.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
- Use automated scripts or bots beyond the platform's own provided tools to access or overload our systems.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written consent.
- Use extracted data in any manner that violates applicable privacy laws or Google's Terms of Service.
- Engage in any activity that may damage, disable, or impair the service or our infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice or refund.
5. Subscription & Billing
Devdelulu offers Free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. By subscribing:
- You authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
- Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- Failure to pay may result in downgrade to the Free plan or suspension of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Devdelulu platform are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission.
Data you extract using our tool remains your responsibility. We claim no ownership over the scraped output you generate.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or availability of the service. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- The data extracted will be complete, accurate, or up to date (as it depends on what Google Maps publicly displays).
- The service will meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devdelulu and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Our platform may integrate with or depend on third-party services (such as payment processors and email providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Termination
