1. Overview
Devdelulu provides the Maps Scraper as a subscription-based service. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time — there are no cancellation fees and no long-term commitments.
2. Free Trial
New users may be offered a free trial period. During the free trial:
- No charges are made to your payment method.
- You can cancel at any time before the trial ends without incurring any fees.
- If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by either:
- Navigating to your Account Settings within the platform and selecting "Cancel Subscription".
- Emailing us at support@devdelulu.com with your registered email address and a request to cancel.
We will confirm your cancellation within 1–2 business days.
4. What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
- You retain full access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan (if available) or be deactivated.
- No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of your billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Data After Cancellation
We recommend you export any data you need before your paid access expires. After your subscription ends:
- Access to premium features and past scrape results may be restricted.
- Your account data is retained for up to 90 days after account closure before being permanently deleted, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You may reactivate your account at any time within this window by subscribing again.
6. Non-Cancellable Items
The following cannot be cancelled or reversed once activated:
- Any custom development or one-time setup services provided by Devdelulu.
- The current billing cycle's subscription fee once the period has commenced.
7. Account Suspension vs. Cancellation
Devdelulu distinguishes between two types of account closure:
- Suspension: We may temporarily suspend your account for violations of our Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, or abuse. A suspended account may be reinstated upon resolution of the issue.
- Termination: Permanent closure of your account, either initiated by you or by us for serious violations. Terminated accounts are not eligible for reinstatement.
In the event of account suspension or termination due to a violation, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
8. Reactivation
If you change your mind after cancelling, you can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging back in and selecting a plan. If your data has not yet been deleted (within the 90-day retention window), it will be restored.
