1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to Devdelulu for access to the Maps Scraper platform. It covers subscription fees for paid plans (Pro, Business, or any other paid tier).
This policy does not apply to any transactions you conduct independently of our platform.
2. Subscription Fees Are Non-Refundable
Subscription charges are billed at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual). Once a billing cycle has begun, subscription fees are non-refundable for that cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. You will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
3. When a Refund May Be Considered
We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical or processing error.
- Billing error by Devdelulu: A documented error on our side resulted in an incorrect charge.
- Service not activated: You were charged but the service was never activated due to a verified system error on our part, and you have not used the platform during that period.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge in question.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with scrape results or data quality.
- Failure to use the platform during a paid period.
- Incompatibility with your specific use case or workflow.
- Change of mind after subscribing.
- Partial use of a billing period.
- Situations where your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Any fraudulent or disputed charges initiated by the account holder.
5. Free Trial
If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel before the trial expires without incurring any charges. No refund is applicable to free trial periods as no payment is taken.
6. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 7โ10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
- Applicable transaction fees charged by the payment processor may be deducted from the refunded amount.

- Your registered email address.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- A brief description of the reason for your request.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
